Poling's electric balalaika

This balalajka was built by Janson Poling, in Missouri U.S.

I am still waiting on more details about this build.

This is a very interesting build, with many beautiful details. The design of the headstock is one of them.

In total there are 17 "frets", I am saying "frets" since they only are marked on the fretboard. This is a genius way of decresing the cost of the build, and you should still be able to get a good tune from it.
