Toneport UX2 - Line 6

Here are some pictures of the external sound card. I have had several uses for it so far. It is possible to record music from my acoustic balalajka and later I will be able to use it for the electric one.

I got it for 610 SEK, ($90) and I have had it connected to several different computers, and I have not had any trouble with it so far.

The reason to why I bought it were mainly to be able to connect a real microphone to my computer and as I was searching, this was the best deal available. Originally, I was looking for an internal card for my PowerMac, but as they are more unusual and more expensive I started to look at external cards. This one was a bit better than what I was looking for, but this also means that I do not need to upgrade it in any near future.

I bought it in second hand and I believe that I got it to a good price, normally they go for around the double. (The shipping cost was 56 SEK).

Total cost: 610+56 SEK, approximately $100 or €80.
